Cost-Effective Schneider PLCs for Automation Projects

There are a wide range of Schneider PLCs used for machinary from M221, M241, M251, M262 and the list goes on. However, M221 offers a balance between advance applications and cost effectiveness. We have used M221 range for complexities varying from basic to medium PID applications. The PLC has a built in real-time clock, two analog inputs, ethernet port and a serial port, high speed inputs and outputs (in transistor output versions). Being a compact PLC, we have used this product for variety of applications such as water purification applications, tension controlling, hydraulic actuator controlling, and many more. Furthermore, although this is a reliable PLC, there are few issues with this PLC which Scheider has failed to address.
